At Chez Odile, we believe that wine is not just a drink, it's an experience. That's why we picked our favourite wines that allow you to explore our wine region and understand the terroir like never before.

Our family history is in wine making and artisanal production, as a kid I was using my feet to make the Muscat juice for the Cartagena wine in the garage now transform in Chez Odile living room. We no longer make wine here, but we know where to take you on a journey through diverse terroirs and allow you to taste some of the best wines of the region. Witness the art of picking grapes from august to September, and enjoy the result the rest of the year.
Find here after just a few examples of the many excellent wineries you can visit within an hour's drive from Canet. Each offers a unique experience and the opportunity to taste some of the finest wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
It can be challenging to get an appointment in a little winnery, we offer a service to get the bottle upon arrival at chez Odile, click book and follow the instructions.

Mas de Daumas Gassac:
Often referred to as the "Grand Cru of the Languedoc," Mas de Daumas Gassac produces exceptional wines in the Aniane area. They offer guided tours of their vineyards and cellars, followed by tastings of their renowned red and white wines.
Ever since the creation of the domaine in the 1970s, we have welcomed visitors and wine enthusiasts, sharing our passion for winegrowing and introducing them to this magnificent terroir.
Open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (except public holidays)
July & August: from 9.30am to 6.30pm non-stop.

Domaine du Pioch:
Where Benoit Fulcrand, my cousin, has been using his refined expertise and passion for wine to grow vines, his vineyards are situated between the foothills of the Larzac plateau and the fresh Mediterranean sea air, at the base of the Séranne mountain range. He takes pride in producing "Le Secret de Pape ", his version of the wine our grand father was making in the garage, now Chez Odile.

Domaine de la Dourbie: Situated in the scenic Terrasses du Larzac area, Domaine de la Dourbie is a family-owned winery producing organic and biodynamic wines. Visitors can enjoy guided tours of the vineyards and cellar, followed by tastings of their distinctive wines.
Domaine de la Dourbie offer a unique wine experience that will leave you with a lasting impression. From relaxing picnics in the vineyard, to self-guided tours, and expertly guided wine tastings.
You must book experiences, simply fill in the reservation form, and let them know your preferred date, time and number of guests.

As one of the most well-respected wineries in the region, Domaine Feline Jourdan has been producing consistently high-quality wines for nearly four decades. The vineyards are situated in the ideal location, benefiting from the cool breezes of the Thau lagoon and the Mediterranean sea. The estate produces a range of varietals, but is best known for the Picpoul de Pinet, a crisp and refreshing wine that pairs perfectly with oysters.
