Le Grand Arbre
(approximately 45 minutes away): Situated in Saint-Jean-de-Buèges, Located under a century-old plane tree, in a large wooded park, at the foot of a castle and where the restaurant was built in the heart of its former "orangerie". Every day, Chef Ruddy Gounel and his team develop 3 types of menus.
The Return from the Market Menu, imagined according to market arrivals and seasonal products served every lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday.
As well as the Confidence Menu and the Tasting Menu, served blindly, according to different tempos to each of the guests, noon and evening from Tuesday to Sunday, according to the Earth, Sea or Plant themes.
